Where Is Your Location? 282 North Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32935
When does this program start? This program begins Wednesday, March 27th. There will be a Kick-off meeting Tuesday, March 26th. Weigh-ins will take place from 6-6:30pm and our Coaching team will go over program details with a Q&A from 6:30-7pm.
How Long Are Your Sessions? Personal training sessions as well as large group Team Training sessions last approximately between 45-50 minutes in length which makes all our training sessions easy to squeeze into busy schedules.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program? Yes, your Personal Training sessions are individualized specifically for you and your goals. Your coach will create a program that meets you where you physically, but still pushes you to reach your goals. In our team training sessions, we have customizations for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to fit your fitness level.
What if I can't make it every day to train? No worries! If you can make it at least 3 days a week to train, you will still get amazing results (especially if you follow our nutrition guidelines). You will also have access to Open Gym as well as the at home workouts available via our Alloy Personal Training App.

What do I need to bring? All you need are your work out clothes and sneakers. Leave your brain at the door. We’ve got everything else covered. There is recovery bar at EXCEL, pre-order your shake so it’s waiting for you after your workout. (Little wisdom here: the ingredients in our shakes help you recover from workouts and avoid being sore.) Buy or bring water. You must hydrate. This is critical for your health.
What are your Personal Training Session Times? Mon/Wed/Fri: 7am, 10am, 12pm, 5pm Tues/Thu: 9:30am, 11am, 12pm, 6pm Sat: 8am. Personal Training sessions are for up to 4 clients per session. You will use our scheduling app to reserve your sessions.
What Is Your Team Training Session Schedule? Mon/Wed/Fri: 6am, 9am, 5pm and 6pm Tues/Thurs: 8:30am and 6pm Sat: 8am
When is Open Gym? Mon/Wed: 7am-12pm and 4pm-8pm Tues/Thurs: 9am-12pm and 4pm-8pm Fri: 7am-12pm and 4pm-6pm Sat: 8am-11am
Does this program include a nutrition plan too? Yes, we will give you a meal plan as well as supplement recommendations so you can easily reach your goals.
