Alloy is our revolutionary personal training system led by knowledgeable coaches to create an environment that’s both affordable and effective. We offer two different options to meet your needs and preferences.  

Small Group Personal Training (SGT) involves 1 coach with 2 to 4 clients. The small group sessions are perfect for clients with specific goals, injuries and those who prefer not to work in larger groups. They range from 45 to 50 minutes and are available to clients who prefer individual attention. 

Afterburn sessions work with 10 to 20 clients at a time. These sessions are conducted in a circuit format using timed intervals.


Small Group Personal Training

In the Small Group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns.  During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified Performance Coaches in a semi-private (2-4 athletes) format. In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.  It’s just as good as private personal training at a fraction of the cost with the added motivation of your workout partners.

Small Group PT (SGT) is perfect for clients with specific goals, injuries and those who do not prefer to work in larger groups. In the higher touch setting of SGT we can begin to program more advanced exercises, which require more hands on coaching. We begin to introduce lower repetition ranges and focus on those with strength goals. Also, we work on corrective strategies to help clients improve their movement restrictions. You can choose from the following options of Small Group Personal Training:


Many people strength train with weights, while others do cardio or aerobics - somewhere in between is Afterburn. Afterburn is the ultimate fat loss workout! This program is specifically designed to increase your metabolism so that you're burning calories during and after your workout, and even while you sleep! Not only will you get an amazing workout where you can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour, but you’ll love the community you build through our group format!  Afterburn is a fun and effective option for those who enjoy a  larger group atmosphere of up to 20 athletes.
