Well we all know that it is not possible in a few days, but with the right exercise and nutrition plan, you can start feeling, looking and moving better in no time!
Our 4 week Iron Sharpens Iron Men’s Fitness program will help you start on the path to a Healthier, Fitter you! Over the course of 4 weeks, you will receive exclusive access to our Men’s Only workouts on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm as well as unlimited access to our Afterburn (team training) sessions! You will receive a nutrition plan that is not just eating brown rice, broccoli and boiled chicken! The recipes you will receive are easy to prepare, healthy and taste great, that your whole family will enjoy.
Over the past 9 years we have worked with athletes of all ages and fitness levels achieve their desired goals. Whether that was to lose weight, get stronger, jump higher, swing better, or simply having the energy to keep up with the kids. What are dates of this 4 Week Mens Program? Series starts off with kick off meeting and first workout on Tuesday October 1st and ends on Tuesday October 29th. At the Kick off meeting we will get your initial weigh-ins and talk a little bit about the program and how things work.
How Long Are Your Sessions? Each training session is approximately between 45-50 minutes in length which makes them easy to squeeze into busy schedules.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program? Yes, we have variations for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to fit your fitness level.
What if I can't make it every day to train? No worries! If you can make it at least 3 days a week to train, you will still get amazing results (especially if you follow our nutrition guidelines). We will also provide you with workouts you can do at home if things get crazy and you miss a session or two.

What do I need to bring? All you need are your work out clothes and sneakers. Leave your brain at the door. We’ve got everything else covered. There is recovery bar at EXCEL, pre-order your shake so it’s waiting for you after your workout. (Little wisdom here: the ingredients in our shakes help you recover from workouts and avoid being sore.) Buy or bring water. You must hydrate. This is critical for your health.
What is the Schedule for the Mens Only Workouts? Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm
What Is Your Afterburn Team Training Session Schedule? Mon/Wed/Fri: 6am, 9am, 5pm and 6pm Mon/Wed: 4pm Tues/Thurs: 8:30am and 6pm Sat: 8am
